Abstract:
With the rapid development of nanofabrication technology, optical metasurfaces have made continuous breakthroughs in recent years due to the efficient enhancement and control of light wave emission, modulation, dynamic shaping and detection. In addition to silicon, germanium and plasmonic materials, perovskites are known to have high refractive index, tunable bandgap and high efficiency of photoluminescence, making them attractive for photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices. This talk will introduce the applications of perovskite metasurfaces in microlasers and dynamic display and discuss the challenges and perspective.
