​Mainland (China) University Graduates

​

  1. Complete, official, original / certified true copy of transcript ** (NOT PHOTOCOPY 不接受影印本) in Chinese and English version, with University red stamp (Must be “檔案館” or “教務處” stamp) by physical mail post

  2. Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate (教育部学历证书电子注册备案表) **issued by CHSI (學信網) (Both English & Chinese version) + Graduate Certificate (畢業證明) in Chinese or English version issued by your University by physical mail post / email

  3. Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate (中国高等教育学位在线验证报告) **issued by CHSI (學信網) (Both English & Chinese version) + Diploma Certificate (學士學位証書) in Chinese or English version issued by your University by physical mail post / email

       OR

       Certified true copy of Diploma certificate with University red stamp (學士學位証書) (附頭像相片) (NOT   

       PHOTOCOPY 不接受影印本) in Chinese and English version issued by your University by physical mail post

If you are unable to provide the documents of 1 and 3, please send the documents in Chinese and English version to China notary public (公証處) for document verification, then send the set of documents approved by notary public to HKU Mechanical Engineering Office physically by post.

Points to Note: 

** Proof letter of your average mark (75/100 marks or above), with University red stamp (Must be “檔案館” or “教務處” stamp) (Both English & Chinese version) by physical mail post (If your transcript does not show a 100-mark based average mark)

**Please make sure the QR code on the certificate is valid for at least 1 year to scan

**Please note that the degree title/ major on all documents should be aligned.

  • IELTS: TOriginal score report of IELTS by physical mail post

  • TOFEL: please ask TOFEL to upload online report to HKU system code: 9671

  • Certified True physical original document of Language Learning Medium of instruction proof letter by physical mail

Overseas / Western University Graduates

 

For those who has graduated from overseas universities, you may send us True Original Physical transcript by physical mail post or arrange declaration or oath by HKSAR Home Affairs Department of the transcript as original copy and hand in to the department.

 

Alternatively, there is a more convenient way if hardcopies are hard to acquire. HKU accepts electronic transcripts from E-transcript systems directly via email. (i.e. Parchment, Gradintel, my eQuals, national student clearinghouse etc.), for our downloading of your final transcript. Please ask your overseas university for help on this. The final transcript must have the graduation date/ award date / conferred date written on it.
