The registration for ISSIB-II is closed by the end of October 31, 2009.

1.   Early registration is encouraged. If the number of registrations received before the original deadline (i.e., October 31, 2009) exceeds the capacity of the venue, the deadline for registration may be advanced and the symposium registration may be closed without prior notice. On-site registration may NOT be accepted.

2.   Authors of accepted abstracts are NOT guaranteed for symposium registration. If they do not get registered before the symposium registration is closed, their papers will not be scheduled for presentation at ISSIB-II.

3.   Potential ISSIB-II participants are advised to visit the ISSIB-II website for any announcement regarding symposium registration before they send remittance to the ISSIB-II Secretariat for symposium registration. If they pay the symposium registration fee after the symposium registration is closed, they may not get refund from ISSIB-II.

The full symposium registration fee covers the symposium abstract book, program, lunches, tea breaks and banquet.

Registration fee and completed ISSIB-II Registration Form must be received by October 31, 2009, in order for the accepted paper to be included in the symposium abstract book and program.

Symposium registration fee can be paid by using either bank draft or telegraphic transfer. If the delegate uses telegraphic transfer, he or she must post to ISSIB-II Secretariat a photocopy of the bank’s telegraphic transfer remittance form showing the payment together with the completed ISSIB-II Registration Form for him or her before respective registration deadline.

Symposium registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee.
